Tayana is dedicated Program Coordinator for the Osiligi Women and Conservation Group, passionately serving her Maasai pastoral community. Raised in Loliondo, Ngorongoro District, Tayana has firsthand experience with the challenges faced by pastoral women and youth, which fuels her commitment to fostering sustainable change her extensive working experience with the community makes her instrumental in coordinating programs that empower pastoral women through sustainable development initiatives.
